A WORLD OF PERFECTION!
There is so much amazingly perfect and wonderful things about this dress/hair combo of Lily Allen's, it's not even funny. I really hope she keeps her hair pink.
As Brad Walsh pointed out, Lily Allen has turned into Ollie.
