APARTMENT HUNTERS AND GATHERERS

This morning on the way to the subway i ran into my friend Mandy who was looking to find someone to take over her room across the street from me. The rent was super cheap and I thought about how my friend Jordache has been looking for a place, called him, and five minutes later Mandy found a person to take her place. Everyone was stoked.

So I thought, there's so many times when my friends are looking to fill an occupancey for a room. I post it up on here or go through my emails and find friends who are looking for a place... So i decided that this posting would be used to help people find a place to live in the city or wherever an apartment is available. i'm gonna put a link to this posting to the sidebar on the right so it's easy to access.

If you've got a room in your apartment that you wanna find an occupant for, post the details and shit. hopefully this will help some people out.

"jordache" is actually this persons name? that's great, cause my friend, sassoon, is looking for a compatible roommate and this "jordache" person sounds perfect. s.t.

Does Victor's cousin-in-law know about this uygay?

Jordache is actually Jordan- it's the nickname he came up with, for himself, no less.

every guy I've ever known named jordan was a douche.

i think it's so awsome that someone is trying to justify why jordache is called jordache. it's just a hillariously stupid name. i don't care if he gave it to himself. the fact that his name represents a copyright infringement on possibly the cheeziest type of jeans that ever hugged 80's suburban buttcheeks is classic. i'm wondering, do you think he'd mind being called "leg-warmer"? if not, my buddy sassoon has all the more reason to like this "jordache". s.t.

i always like jordache, but was more of a palmetto's girl, myself. that was the walmart brand.

your gripe is the exact reason you should not try to be craigslist.

ha ha, palmetto's girl. that's awsome. i forgot about that sweetest of sweet brands. and you're right jordache and sara should not turn this into crrraigslist. "jordache!" that's the fucking best thing i've heard in a while. for some reason i just can't stop laughing at that name, and that everyone is quick to clown him. s.t.

Hi - I found a great 2br apartment but need a roommate:
it's 800 sq feet with a private brick garden the same size.
2 bedrooms, one larger, with a closet and a smaller one, without a closet, but there is one in the hall, and would be room for an armoire in the smaller room.
a long kitchen with a counter to eat on (and it's painted a really fun bright orange)
a pretty big living room with one wall of floor to ceiling built in shelves
on 12th btw 5th and university (a block from the Strand!) and 2-3 blocks from union square (subways)
$2650 for 2 people.
also, there's storage space in a basement.
If anyone is interested and normal and fun...email me please!!
jkozero@yahoo.com
i'm 28, female, down to earth, like to go out etc etc.
Thanks!
Jenna
